Made from F1 grade pre-preg carbon fiber, or F1 grade Textreme, wide weave checkered pattern. Textreme is spread tow weave of carbon, used in the most demanding of applications in F1, and aerospace engineering, where strength to weight is of paramount importance. Autoclave cured, in CAD designed, and CNC machined moulds, for absolute precision!
The front lip has been tested using Computational Fluid Dynamcs, to ascertain exact aerodynamic properties.
